Marcos Rodriguez is the CEO of Rodriguez Financial Services, bringing over 30 years of tax expertise combined with a background of discipline and leadership. He began his career a member of the U.S. Marine Corp. (USMC), where he learned the core values of discipline, teamwork, and the importance of a strong chain of command. This experience also helped him develop key skills in sales and customer service, which later became integral to his business approach.
After leaving the military, Marcos attended the California Tax Institute, where he gained a deep understanding of tax law. His extensive tax knowledge, along with his leadership experience, has made him a trusted advisor in the industry. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for navigating complex tax issues with ease, while always keeping the needs of his clients at the forefront.
As CEO, Marcos has shaped Rodriguez Financial Services into one focused on integrity, client-centered service, and expert guidance in both tax and immigration matters. His unique blend of military discipline and financial expertise ensures that the company’s operations are both efficient and client-focused, helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals with confidence.

Anahi Rodriguez is the CFO of Rodriguez Financial Services, bringing a wealth of experience from the corporate world, where she honed her skills in sales, customer service, and taxation. With a background that spans sales tax, immigration, and notary services, Anahi offers a well-rounded expertise that adds immense value to our team. She has a deep understanding of both the financial and personal aspects of her clients' needs, blending technical knowledge with a strong sense of empathy.
Anahi’s career has been built on the foundation of hard work and humility. Though she remains grounded in her approach, she is known for her firm and unwavering dedication to her clients. Rocío Mora Esparza-
Business Executive Director
Rocio Mora Esparza as the director of Rodriguez Financial Services provides leadership and oversight for all functions of the office, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service to the public. The role includes managing human resources, employee relations, and staff development; overseeing tax forms, filings, and compliance processes; and directing customer service operations.
As the director, Rocio is responsible for overall office administration, policy implementation and workflow management, while ensuring the confidentiality and security of taxpayer information. Her position also supports CEO and CFO with strategic planning and represents Rodriguez Financial Services with internal and external stakeholders.
Mireya Rojas-Marquez -
Business Marketing & Operations Director
Mireya Rojas Marquez as the operations specialist and customer service representative of Rodriguez Financial Services supports the daily functions of the tax office by ensuring efficient office operations and delivering high-quality customer service to taxpayers. Mireya's role serves as a primary point of contact for the public, providing assistance with tax-related inquiries, forms, and processes while supporting internal administrative and operational needs.
Mireya's key responsibilities include responding to taxpayer questions in person, by phone, and electronically; providing guidance on completing tax forms and understanding procedures; and resolving routine issues in a timely and professional manner. Her role also supports overall office operations by processing documentation, maintaining records, assisting with data entry, scheduling, and coordinating workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
As an operations specialist she contributes to compliance and quality control efforts, follows established policies and confidentiality requirements, and works collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness. Mireya's position plays a vital role in maintaining organized operations, positive customer experiences, and reliable tax office performance.
